We are looking for a
**Senior UX Researcher** for the Candy Crush Soda team to join us and demonstrate their proficiency in UX Research to create outstanding experiences. If you feel this is you, then we'd love for you to apply

Within this role, you will give a voice to players from around the world by leading the effort of turning hard data into compelling stories, and be in the thick of team efforts to build great player experiences.

**Your role within the Kingdom**

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead all phases of research and deliver compelling study findings with concrete insights for teams in the form of workshops, written reports and presentations.
- person, mixing qualitative and quantitative approaches as necessary.
- Help develop and scale the user research function - for example by mentoring junior researchers, documenting best practices, and growing our methods and operations.
- Work with departmental leadership to prioritize and complete research initiatives
- Form a close bond with the Analytics team and work closely with Data Scientists to track metrics and understand our player behaviour through our data.
- Collaborate with Designers (Game, UI, Level, Economy, Narrative, UX Designers and Writers) to create and uphold the UX vision for the game.
- Embracing a healthy feedback culture; we encourage our UX Researchers to give and receive constructive feedback as we strive to make even better products together.
- Leverage and suggest new data sources to contextualize analysis and recommendations
- Maintain detailed records of study details

**Skills to create thrills**

**Experience**:

- Graduate degree in psychology, human
- computer interaction, human factors, marketing, communications, market research, or related field
- Proven experience as a user researcher
- Experience of a broad range of user research methods, at all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Used to running research studies independently, hands
- on, end to end.
- Experience with modern, agile research tools and techniques.
- Experience of partnership with Analytics and/or Data Science teams, and synthesising user research with other sources of data, such as AB Tests.
- A history of positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working across multiple markets, and a broad range of customers
- Excellent interpersonal communication (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Proven track record to translate research findings into actionable product improvements
- Adaptable self
- starter that enjoys tackling a large variety of problems, both tactical and abstract
- Real passion for user testing and games
