**Tu misión**:
Buscamos un perfíl híbrido comercial y técnico que lidere el equipo y lanzamiento en Málaga, como primer mercado español.

Tus responsabilidades:

- Liderar el área comercial consiguiendo oportunidades de rehabilitación en el ámbito residencial o comercial.
- Coordinar el proyecto desde al área técnica formando un equipo propio a medida que el proyecto crece.
- Ser la cara visible de IKOSIA en las relaciones con las administraciones, construyendo una relación a largo plazo con el objetivo de un mejor acceso a los fondos.
- Crear y coordinar el equipo interno y de contratistas, ideando y ejecutando las mejores soluciones técnico-económicas, incluyendo la tramitación de licencias, proyectos y subvenciones.
- Definir los procesos, políticas y metodologías internas para permitir el escalado del proyecto.
- Crear los procesos operacionales para las auditorías de proyectos (informes iniciales de la situación de la vivienda y viabilidad técnica-económica de posibles intervenciones).
- Estandarización y generación de la documentación técnica exigida por la administración competente.
- Crear los procesos necesarios para la óptima preparación de informes y generación de proyecto para plasmar la calificación energética a conseguir.
- Documentar y coordinar el área de ayuda y tramitación de las subvenciones relacionadas con los proyectos.
- Ser una pieza fundamental en el desarrollo del mercado en España.

- Tienes experiência en procesos de rehabilitación con especial foco en eficiencia energética, en proyectos de distinta escala (edificio y vivienda) y en especial en la ciudad y provincia de Málaga.
- Conoces el mercado local de Málaga, y tienes un gran network local a nível de promotoras, empresas de reformas, contactos institucionales, etc.
- Tienes interés en la oportunidad de la rehabilitación y la eficiencia energética
- Eres arquitecto/a o arquitecto/a técnico/a (se valorará positivamente si además tienes la licencia de agente rehabilitador).
- Estás al día de tendencias y del mercado de trabajo, con contactos en organizaciones y entidades públicas y privadas relacionadas con la rehabilitación y su entorno.
- Tienes actitud emprendedora y te apasiona el impacto y la sostenibilidad, posiblemente has montado algún negocio previo o tienes motivación por hacerlo de la mano de otros/as emprendedores/as.
- Eres una persona resolutiva y orientada a la toma de decisiones; te gustan los retos, no te das por vencido/a y te adaptas al cambio.
- Tienes buenas habilidades de comunicación, capacidad para trabajar en equipo y facilidad para gestionar la interlocución con colegas, instaladores y clientes.
- Tienes capacidad para liderar proyectos en diversos contextos; la capacidad de liderar equipos será relevante a medida que la empresa crezca.
- Te interesa la innovación y tienes inquietud por resolver los retos sociales/ambientales actuales y futuros.
