On this occasion, we offer an indefinite contract of Claims Operational Manager in the Customer Experience area. We provide you with the following information:
What is the purpose/mission of the position?
Reporting directly to the Head of Claims, lead a team of claims technicians in alignment with the strategic priorities of the Customer Experience Area:
Operational improvements on efficiencies and customer experience.
Control of external providers to ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction.
What are the tasks that you’ll perform?
Define and implement operational processes to improve internal efficiencies and customer experience.
Control external providers to ensure performance and SLAs and KPIs fulfillment, in a data-driven environment.
Lead and manage the internal claims technicians’ team for both life and non-life business (ie. life, accident, home, unemployment, etc).
Strategically manage claims operations, team and external providers, with focus on efficiencies and quality of service.
Foster the department’s transformation to become data and process driven.
Ensure adequate implementation of processes, regulations, internal standards, policies and guidelines.
Monitor processes managed under your responsibility to ensure meeting of expectations, avoid incidents, close findings and, where required, inform the relevant stakeholders.
Identify and implement operational improvements on an ongoing basis.
Claim ratio monitoring.
Provide support to Legal and Quality departments, among others.
Reporting.
What are we looking for?
Typical education (or equivalent):University degree
Typical years´ experience (total):At least 5 years in Operational improvements
Years leading people/projects: 3+ years in leading / coordination a team
