An opportunity for an Business Process Product Owner has arisen within Airbus, Getafe (Madrid).

DDMS (Digital Design Manufacturing and Services) is a company-wide transformation project targeting a major efficiency breakthrough for a new program development.

According to SAFe framework, the jobholder will ensure the set up, lead and development of the capabilities as required by the EPIC owner and project leader.

**The jobholder will be responsible for**:
Defines and develops, for Co-IVVQ perimeter, the capabilities development governance in line with DDMS SoI MFTs and DDMS E2E (end to end) MFTs needs ensuring optimal use of generic solutions while supporting specific solutions when necessary. In charge of the product cost calculation and the definition of the chargeback models for internal customer functions.

Manages interfaces with many stakeholders from different functions. Adequating communication on the current use of the products and customer satisfaction as well as on technical options and product enhancements to and with the customers

Ensures the Processes, the Methods, the Models, the Tools, the Skills & transformations aspects. Key role in the identification and solution of causes of disturbance, contribution to the knowledge system; Solution and escalation of incidents, optimisation of system or component performance by using the lean principles.

Contributes to the Pre-Industrial Accelerators aiming at supporting the pre-competitive plan of the future SMR (Short Medium Range) Program.

**SKILLS**:

- **Education**:Degree in Aeronautics or Engineering
- **Experience**:At least five years of Experience in Program development across Design Office, Industrial or Customer Support.
- **Soft skills**:

- Strategic and out-of-the-box thinking
- Strong tolerance to changing assumptions & requirements
- Agile ways of working
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage and influence stakeholders
- Team Spirit, proactivity, curiosity, pragmatism, open minded, quick learner
- **Languages**:English negotiation level.
- **Technical knowledge**:knowledge on Systems Engineering.
- **Valuable / Nice to have**:Cross domain experience ( design, manufacturing, services). Experience in Airbus would be a plus.
