Tech Lead

**With over 600,000 customers and users in 8 countries, we are searching for a Tech Lead who wants to further strengthen our software portfolio.**

**Job responsibilities**:

- Lead a cross-functional team of software developers to deliver the Sector Alarm service.
- Work closely with your Engineering Manager and Product Owner, to ensure that you team delivers solutions to high value problems.
- Responsible for the technical direction with your team's domain as well as the breakdown of work for developers on your team.
- Ensure that your team is looking after the long-term health of the codebases and systems that you own.
- Ensure that technical initiatives are prioritized along with product features.

- Relevant BSc or MSc is preferred, applicable senior experience may compensate for lack of formal background.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a cloud-native, cross-functional environment.
- 2+ years in a leadership role in a software organization.
- Our tech stack is largely built on Kotlin for Android, Swift for iOS, C# on the backend, and React for the web. We expect you to have deep experience with at least one of these tech stacks and be able to lead a team that includes specialists in the other stacks.
