Plant Controller Chemical Manufacturer

Description
- Develop, implement and maintain financial controls and processes for the plant
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct cost analysis to identify areas of improvement and cost savings
- Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor actual performance against budget and provide regular updates to plant management
- Participate in the development of financial strategies to support the plant's overall business objectives
- Collaborate with plant operations to ensure proper inventory control and cost management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial management in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, prepare financial reports, and make recommendations based on findings
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
