Property Manager

We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction during their stay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage reservations, guest check-ins, and check-outs.
- Attend to inquiries and questions from property owners.
- Familiarize yourself with property characteristics and surroundings.
- Resolve problems and address guest complaints.
- Coordinate maintenance and promptly follow up on requests.
- Utilize various communication channels to maintain contact with guests.
- Ensure guest safety and security.
- Coordinate with the cleaning team to maintain property cleanliness.
- Pay attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
- Be flexible and available to work non-standard hours.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or property rental industry.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to efficiently solve problems.
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and hotel management software.
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
