**What we expect**:

- Ser la persona de contacto de calidad para países Europa
- África.
- Dar soporte a la implementación de nuevas herramientas de calidad cliente para el proyecto global EOX.
- Gestionar los feedback de nuevo producto EOX, tanto con cliente como a nível interno.
- Asegurar la implementación de acciones para mejorar la calidad del producto.
- Implementar mejoras en los procesos, tanto internos como con cliente (Field).
- Preparar documentación y comunicación de acciones correctivas.
- Gestionar las reclamaciones de cliente a través de la herramienta: corrección (realizar un análisis previo y el pedido de ventas del material requerido), imputación (análisis en detalle, análisis interdepartamental e imputación final) y resolución de costes, comunicándolo tanto a nível interdepartamental como de cliente.
- Reportar datos de KPI departamentales (en PowerBI).
- Analizar datos de reclamaciones recibidas y buscar como mejorar los KPI asociados.

- Microsoft Office, SAP, PowerBI
- Conocimientos de herramientas de calidad en resolución de problemas: 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc (deseable)
