Tasks
- Supervise the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance management, and career development
- Collaborate with operations' leaders to understand their talent requirements and provide strategic HR solutions to meet their objectives
- Develop and implement high-quality training programs to build a strong team of high-potential leaders
- Strengthen the structure and scope of a high-performing HR team and refine HR policies
- Generate detailed reporting and monitor key performance indicators

**Requirements**:

- Full Professional level of Spanish and English
- Around 8 years of progressive HR leadership experience across various regions
- Proven track record supporting rapid business growth and market entry, emphasizing high-volume recruitment
- Practical experience in creating and executing effective training programs
- Strong business insight and strategic thinking, capable of converting HR strategies into measurable business outcomes
- Extensive knowledge of Spanish labour laws and regulations (knowledge of French and UK laws is a plus)
- Positive attitude, active listener, and eager learner
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership skills
