**The role**:
For the **Internal Control** area, you will:
- Veil for the maintenance and the improvement of the Segregation of Duties (SoD) scheme, as one of the pillars of internal control.
- Develop and implement a quarterly reporting on Segregation of Duties.
- Contribute to the definition, maintenance, communication and filing of policies, procedures, and guides at group level.
- Actively participate in the definition and testing of internal controls in relation to global policies.
Regarding **Corporate** **Sustainability Reporting **your main responsibilities will be:
- Work with stakeholders across the organization to implement consistent and value-added ESG (_Environmental Social and Governance_) reporting.
- Coordinate and monitor ESG information reported by all geographies, review it, and perform checks to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Prepare consolidated ESG disclosures for the Corporate Sustainability Report.
- High involvement in the coordination of the verification of the Corporate Sustainability Report with external auditors.
- Identify and promote opportunities for improvement.
**The Person**:
- Graduate in Business Administration and/or Sustainability related studies.
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
- A strong background in finance, accounting, and sustainability (or non-financial) reporting.
- Be familiar with non-financial reporting standards such as GRI and upcoming regulatory reporting (e.g., EU CSRD ) will be valued.
- Fluent in Spanish and in English.
- Proficient level of Microsoft Office package.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and ability to learn and quickly understand new concepts outside the area of expertise.
- Strong writing, visual, and verbal communication skills, and ability to effectively work with global and local team members with different technical and cultural backgrounds.
- Strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively, virtually, and independently.
- Highly organized, proactive, and with the ability to manage competing priorities.
