Empresa retail con tiendas propias y franquicias a nível nacional e internacional, busca Area Manager con presencia en la Zona de Aragón y Cataluña.
¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
Supervisar las ventas en todas las tiendas de su territorio para verificar los objetivos en términos de ventas, presupuestos y cifras.
Implementar las operaciones existentes y desarrollar las estrategias adecuadas.
Formar a las personas gerentes de tienda en ventas efectivas, visual merchandising y atención al cliente.
Desarrollo de sus equipos y búsqueda de oportunidades haciendo una buena supervisión y acompañamiento.
Reclutamiento y formación del personal de ventas.
Establecer y comunicar objetivos de ventas regularmente.
Encontrar soluciones a las discrepancias en las ventas en todas las tiendas de su territorio, siempre que sea preciso.
Establecer y aplicar normas de rendimiento en todas las tiendas.
Asegurarse de que el personal de tienda respeta los procesos y procedimientos de la empresa.
Colaborar con otros/as Area Managers para garantizar que las operaciones sean coherentes en todos los ámbitos.
Colaborar con el/la HR business partner en todos los procesos con las personas de las tiendas implicadas (nuevas contrataciones, despidos y cualquier otra gestión administrativa).
Viajar a las tiendas para asegurarse de que las cosas suceden.
Informar a tu Manager de los progresos, oportunidades y cualquier otra alerta. Hacer propuestas.
**Requisitos**:
Experiência como Area Manager en tiendas.
Permiso de conducir en vigor.
Se valorará la formación adicional en gestión, finanzas o ventas.
Capacidad para dirigir con seguridad y convicción.
Capacidad para idear estrategias eficientes e innovadoras.
Sólidas habilidades de liderazgo, capacidades interpersonales y de colaboración.
Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
Toma de decisión, especialmente en circunstancias difíciles.
Experiência como Area Manager en tiendas. Permiso de conducir en vigor. Se valorará la formación adicional en gestión, finanzas o ventas. Capacidad para dirigir con seguridad y convicción. Capacidad para idear estrategias eficientes e innovadoras. Sólidas habilidades de liderazgo, capacidades interpersonales y de colaboración. Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
