**What you will do**:

- Reporting to the CRM Manager
- Analyzing incidents and providing solutions
- Detecting errors and propose improvements to simplify and stabilize processes
- Configuring and implementing new changes, ideas and solutions

**What you bring & who you are**:

- You have a degree in software engineering, a salesforce certification is a plus
- You own more than 2 years of experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce / Dynamics
- You own experience working on Salesforce core platform functionalities such as Sales and Service Cloud
- You are a result-orientated person with a great innovative mindset.
- You speak fluent English
