Sd090 Purchasing Manager

We are looking for a **Purchasing Manager for an Industrial Company in Terrassa**. The person will report directly to the General/Commercial Director.

**Mission**:Coordinate and supervise the purchasing and supply policies of the company with the aim of guaranteeing the supply in the best conditions of cost, quality and service, looking after the interests of the company.

**Functions**:

- Plan and coordinate the work team, in accordance with the objectives set, carrying out the corresponding follow-up.
- To train, develop and motivate the work team.
- Negotiate with existing suppliers to improve current conditions.
- Search, negotiate and select new suppliers for the company according to the established planning.
- Set more demanding criteria with suppliers to optimise deliveries and improve conditions.
- Carrying out actions derived from customer non-conformities related to the area.
- To monitor the purchasing budget, participating in the analysis of possible deviations, corrective measures, etc.
- To channel the delivery of technical documentation on the quality of new materials or modifications to existing ones.
- Ensuring compliance with the deadlines established in those actions that so require.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations and internal procedures affecting the activities carried out in his/her unit/area.
- Follow the technical and administrative processes involved in the purchase of materials and products.

**Periodic Functions**:

- Collaborate in the preparation of the purchasing budget.
- Collaborate in the selection of personnel in his/her area of responsibility.
- Participate in unit/area meetings, as well as in interdepartmental meetings.
- To mediate in the representation and communication of the company with third parties (suppliers, clients, partners, etc.).
- Drawing up the control sheets for: purchasing and transport expenses.
- To carry out the control of maximums and minimums within the established deadlines.
- To carry out the control of Rappels.
- Carry out the negotiation with transport and logistics companies.

**Requirements**:
University Degree in ADE, Economics or similar.

Valuable ERP Sage Murano

Valuable LEAN or continuous improvement

Experience in the INDUSTRIAL sector
