En un enclave privilegiado como es **Meliá Zahara Atlanterra**, tu misión fundamental será fidelizar y crear experiências únicas en nuestros clientes ofreciéndoles presencia, dedicación y un trato personalizado. Asegurarás la implantación de la Cultura de servicio de Meliá, así como el seguimiento de los procedimientos en el Hotel.

**Si tienes**:

- Experiência mínima de dos años en posición similar en hoteles de 4 o 5 estrellas.
- Formación universitaria acorde al puesto (hostelería, turismo o similar). Valorable conocimientos de MKT, música, gastronomía, tecnología así como decoración de interiores y ambientación en general.
- Excelente vocación de servicio.
- Alta orientación al cliente, creatividad, orientación al detalle, entusiasmo, dinamismo, proactividad, trabajo en equipo y alta capacidad de influencia.
- Dominio del Paquete Office.
- Nível alto de inglés. Altamente valorable el conocimiento de alemán
