Night Receptionist

At The Donna Portals we are looking for a Night Receptionist for our recently renovated 5* boutique hotel located on the seafront in Portals Nous.

Main duties:

- Perform in a qualified manner, with initiative and responsibility, the assistance and information to customers and various works of the reception service during the night shift.
- Report to the team, Head of Reception and Management the evolution of the work carried out during the shift and incidents.
- Attending to customer complaints and claims and resolving them.
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction during their stay.
- Concierge service (recommendations on external activities, restaurants, transfer management, etc.).
- Have knowledge of the hotel facilities and the destination.
- Know and comply with the established quality standards and internal rules and, in any case, act in accordance with the instructions received from their superiors and professional knowledge of the profession.
- Entering reservations and personalised attention to each client: check-in/check-out.
- Carrying out invoicing and collection tasks.
- Cash counts.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar position, preferably in 5* hotels.
- Passion for customer service.
- English at a high level, with more languages being an asset.
- User level of Word, Excel and hotel management software.
- Availability to work permanent night shift.
- Proactive, decisive and able to work under pressure.
- Good presence.
