**¿Qué harás?**
Estarás involucrado en la primera línea de la creación de un nuevo modelo de atención domiciliaria, **trabajando mano a mano con nuestra VP of Growth**. Algunos de los retos/ proyectos a liderar serían:
- Aceleración de los proyectos de desarroyo de negocio
- Programa de mejora de la eficiencia comercial
- Definición de los USPs de Qida y concreción de los materiales/ productos necesarios para hacerlos más tangibles en el proceso de comercialización

**¿Cuál sería tu rol?**
**El reto encima de la mesa para QIDA es de gran envergadura y se resume en**:
- Escalabilidad: multiplicar por 3-4x anuales (los próximos 2 años) el volumen de nuestras operaciones
- Calidad: consolidar a QIDA como el líder español en calidad en Atención Domiciliaria
Específicamente, en el rol de Special Projects del área de Growth, tu misión será:
- Apoyar en la identificación y priorización de los grandes proyectos de la compañía vínculados al desarrollo de negocio
- Liderar de inicio a fin los proyectos estratégicos de la compañía
- Definir muy bien el problema (objetivos, alcance, recursos, KPIs target )
- Estructurar el problema (división en sub-problemas, análisis del impacto de cada problema, priorización )
- Definir la solución (visión, MVP )
- Lanzar piloto y medir resultados
- Liderar lanzamiento de la solución definitiva con los equipos para garantizar la captura del impacto previsto
- Apoyar en la aceleración de otros proyectos estratégicos del área o cross de la compañía.
