Kinaxis Architect for Supply Chain Planning

**Job Description Summary**:
BD is in need of a Kinaxis expert to become the Architect for our Integrated Supply Chain Planning. This critical role will support one of the largest segments of our global workforce and is essential in meeting the needs of the patients that rely on our medical devices. Reporting to Associate Director Platform Solutions & Services, this position will be responsible for architecting solutions in advance supply chain planning functional area with overlap with other affiliated processes. The incumbent will be expected to architect solutions in areas such as Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Deployment Planning, Available to Promise and Detail Scheduling. You will work in partnership with other platform teams as well as business partner organization in setting technology architecture roadmap, maintaining global templates and standards using Kinaxis and other planning tools.

**Primary responsibilities include**:
- Formulate Advance Planning capability roadmap in solutions and architecture team.
- Complete the product roadmap closely aligned with the requirements. Advances Supply Chain Planning demand ROM and architecture artifacts
- Support Kinaxis project implementation work plan to including working with vendor partners and participate in organizational change/communications plan.
- Lead all aspects of Kinaxis installation in BD system landscape with designated vendor partner where applicable.- Manage relationships with major platform vendors and service providers to ensure they deliver desired business outcome within BD defined parameters of quality and timeline in assigned projects and initiatives.
- Manage all phases of full life-cycle implementation projects, including blueprinting, design, development, testing, UA, deployment, and support.
Support Validated system environment and compliance to BD and other agency defined results in the context of assigned focus functional area.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 4 or more years of hands on experience in configuring and supporting process design in Kinaxis Rapid Response
- Knowledge of BI technologies such as HIVE Spark and other Hadoop based technologies is a plus
- Have implemented at least 2 end-to-end projects of Advance planning using Kinaxis RR
- Knowledge of other advance planning Configuration, Master Data, and transaction processing is must including standard interface using market leading ETL to and from RR
- Working knowledge of HP ALM and Service Now familiarity is desirable and/or other ITIL tools
- Ability to work in both waterfall as well as Agile IT delivery methods are highly desirable
**EDUCATION AND TRAINING
**- An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business management or a related field
