Nuestro equipo de Collections trabaja para ofrecer a los clientes DB opciones para resolver los atrasos en los pagos de sus créditos. Trabajarás con herramientas de segmentación de cartera priorizando tu esfuerzo en aquellos clientes de mayor impacto en la dotación de provisiones para DB, minimizando el impacto de las pérdidas para la entidad. Contarás con la formación necesaria impartida tu manager directo y el apoyo constante del equipo para avanzar en tu aprendizaje continuo.
Responsabilidades del puesto
- Realizar contacto telefónico con los clientes asignados para ofrecer y negociar soluciones de pago a su deuda.
- Gestiones de localización: petición de informes y envío de burofax donde fuera necesario.
- Colaboración con los gestores comerciales para ofrecer soluciones de forma coordinada.
- Identificar los casos más críticos ofreciendo herramientas como reestructuraciones o acuerdos de pago. Seguimiento del proceso previo de reestructuración.
Experiência
- Se valorará experiência de 6 meses en la Gestión de Impagados, preferiblemente en banca / entidades.
Formación / Perfil personal
- **Formación Académica**:Se valorará Bachiller / equivalente. Deseable cursando estudios en Empresariales, Ciencias Económicas, Derecho, Psicología, Filología, y similares.
- **Características Personales**:Buena capacidad de comunicación. Flexible. Persistente. Actitud profesional. Autocontrol. Competente en el análisis y resolución de problemas. Orientación hacia el logro de objetivos. Disposición para trabajar en equipo.
- **Idiomas Requeridos**:Castellano. Deseable inglés.
- **Habilidades**:Fluidez verbal y pronunciación correcta. Habilidad para escuchar. Habilidades de negociación y persuasión. Ofimática a nível de usuario.
Horario:
- Lunes a Jueves: De 15 a 22 horas
- Viernes: De 11 a 18 horas.
- 2 sábados al mes de 9 a 15 horas.
