Parfait Nous avons besoin de quelqu'un d'aussi talentueux que vous.Nous recherchons une personne pour rejoindre l'équipe **Collections** du portail Mariages.net. Le département **C.C & Collections** est responsable, entre autres, de la **gestion des paiements de nos clients**, en fournissant un **soutien** et une **assistance** compétents et opportuns. Sa mission est d'une importance capitale pour le bon fonctionnement de l'entreprise. La personne que nous recherchons doit avoir de l'expérience dans la **gestion du recouvrement **et le **service clientèle par téléphone**, ainsi que dans le traitement des questions administratives et comptables. Elle doit être empathique, proactive et capable de fournir des solutions et d’apporter de nouvelles idées.

**RESPONSABILITÉES**:

- Recouvrement de créances et gestion des impayés.
- Rétention de clients.
- Analyser la situation réelle du client, et essayer de trouver un accord de paiement avec lui.
- Service clientèle par téléphone, appels entrants et sortants.
- Négocier les paiements.
- Gestion des fonctions administratives liées au poste.
- Inclusion et suivi des clients défaillants dans les fichiers de solvabilité.
- Clôture des réclamations résolues, indiquer dans notre CRM les observations et les données à prendre en compte après chaque action effective.

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**:

- Maîtrise de la langue française, orale et écrite.
- Bon niveau d'anglais et d'espagnol.
- Expérience dans le recouvrement..
- Compétences en matière de communication et de gestion des clients défaillants.
- Attitude positive face aux défis et aux changements.
- Grande aptitude à la négociation et à la rétention de clients, être capable d'identifier et de développer des techniques pour améliorer les résultats.
- Compétences en matière d'auto-organisation et de productivité.
- Orienté vers les résultats.
- Capacité de travail en équipe
- Connaissance des outils pack office et de la gestion des CRM de l'entreprise.
