**About this opportunity**:
We are looking for a Customer Engagement Engineer, passionate about quality and using groundbreaking technologies, to work in customer projects related with the products and solutions we develop in the 5G Packet Core area.

Your role will include many different activities such as: integration, verification, troubleshooting, maintenance, support, issues reproduction, product improvements and product documentation.

**What you will do**:

- Drive customer engagement projects from a technical standpoint
- Perform troubleshooting of identified issues and customer support in general
- Assist in the integration and verification of the different deployments
- Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
- Develop competence in technical domain
- Build competence in the technical domain towards the rest of the team

**You will bring**:

- Bachelor/ master’s degree in computer science, Telecommunication engineering or related field
- Experience in service delivery and/or customer support
- Scripting programming (python, or perl, shell/bash) on UNIX/Linux
- Cloud and cloud native environments: VMWare, Openstack, Kubernetes.
- Configuration of network equipment
- Good coordination and communication skills and open personality
- Capacity to interact with partners from other countries and roles in Ericsson
- Analytic approach, organized, solution oriented, passionate for details, perseverant.
- Fluent in English

**Competences of extra value**:

- Mobile network architecture 4G/5G. Interfaces, protocols, functions, etc.
- NAT and Firewall functions
- Link-layer protocols: ARP, ND, BF
