**Your mission**:

- This role will be a part of the team responsible for designing, implementing & embedding the end-to-end DTC Consumer Lifecycle Intelligence & Measurement capability, to effectively track, measure and report against key performance indicators, based on new behavioural and consumer centric metrics, including CLV and granular ROI (e.g. cross-platform/consumer experience). This will enable a multitude of use cases, including optimization against key metrics, CLV, rich hypothesis generation, testing/learning, and feedback loops, to strategically inform live and future activations across consumer engagement, rewards, and direct commerce.
- To unlock this vision, this team will need to lead and partner cross-functionally within PEP (Global & Sectors) and externally to ensure all efforts are working collaboratively to build the end-state vision.
- The role will be critical to support development and implementation of the new advanced “consumer lifecycle intelligence” capabilities, to generate and mine for rich intelligence based on PEPs direct consumer population, to drive advantage and growth for PEP - across Po1 consumer engagement, rewards, and direct commerce.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your day to day with us**:

- As part of the broader team, this role is critical to support (i) creation of the design of DTC Consumer Lifecycle Intelligence & Measurement capability, to enable rich DTC intelligence on consumers, consumer behaviours, engagement, rewards, direct commerce, (ii) support implementation and management of a new Consumer Lifetime Value business KPI framework
- In delivering it, the role will partner with relevant functions globally and locally including D&A and external partners to ensure all data/tech requirements are fulfilled and delivered, with relevant integrations in place to fuel the DTC Consumer Lifecycle Intelligence capability
- The person will need to execute the roadmap on all relevant requirements & solution design, documentation and discovery plans to handoff to key partners (internal & external) to support build of the Consumer Lifecyle Intelligence & Measurement capability
- Contribute to the definition and ensure aligned end-to-end measurement standards & governance program are being followed-Contribute to the creation of KPIs and measurement frameworks for PEPs DTC ecosystem all key indicators, e.g. network performance, consumer-centric and behavioural-focused measurement, including Consumer Lifetime Value
- Design and provide the first run of the consumer intelligence analytics leveraging available digital solutions, e.g. CLV and Consumer KPI framework powered by CDP and third party data
- Establish and deliver a regular reporting and scorecarding to senior management and partner functions
- Support regular senior stakeholders updates and presentations to the top management
- Stay curious for new and advantaged capabilities within DTC Consumer Lifecycle Intelligence & Measurement which enable PEP to continue to develop and accelerate world-class consumer-centric intelligence, including a focus on the latest research methodologies both in-house and externally
- Contribute to the overall DTC Network ecosystem design, ensuring all relevant requirements are integrated. Optimize the process and ways of working

Qualifications:
**What will you need to succeed?**
- Consumer insights, advanced analytics and marketing measurement experience, focused on building and scaling data-focused solutions, with deep understanding of the consumer & customer landscape and CDPs
- Strong analytical acumen and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to translate information and data into actionable insights story and strategic recommendations
- Strong bias for action and drive for results
- Continuous learner and pursuer of new approaches and innovations that will push boundaries and differentiate us in the DTC space.
- Ability to demonstrate confidence in verbal and written communications with stakeholders at all levels and under high pressure
- Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once delivering strong, detailed execution
