**About TMC**

Telemedicine Clinic (TMC) is Europe’s leading teleradiology provider. TMC pioneered teleradiology services in Europe when it was founded back in 2002 and has since become a vital partner for more than 120 radiology departments in the UK, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.

Since 2017, TMC became part of the Swiss-based Unilabs group. Unilabs runs 90 imaging centres and together with TMC reports 3 million radiology cases as well as 1 million histopathology cases per year. Overall, the group employs 500 radiologists and 200 pathologists and is active in 15 countries. More and more European hospitals are realising the advantages of managing their reading capacity in a network with TMC and over the past four years, we have had an average annual growth of 25 percent. This year our team of highly specialised radiologists will report close to 800.000 cases, making a significant positive impact on the life of patients and hospital staff.

**About TMC Academy**

Since 2015 TMC Academy is the training department of TMC. Consistent with TMC´s mission of lifting world radiology standards through knowledge sharing, we are proud to offer radiologists inside and outside our organisation the opportunity to benefit from our expertise via TMC Academy. TMC Academy has been growing rapidly the last years. The services offered by TMC Academy varies from specialized online diagnostic reporting training programs to onsite and online continuing medical education-accredited radiology online and onsite fellowship programs several times a year, held by prominent doctors from the field.

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a talented Academy B2C Diagnostic Simulator Project Manager to be part of our rapidly growing TMCA (TMC Academy) team, based at our headquarters in Barcelona and with a hybrid scheduled (2 days at the office and 3 days at home).

**Mission and** **Organisational** **Context**

The Academy supports the company´s overall mission of ”bringing quality healthcare to all people”. Its specific contribution consists in developing generalist radiologists into highly qualified subspecialists. These subspecialists will then produce more accurate diagnoses which in turn avoid unnecessary suffering of patients and reduce treatment cost for health care systems.

As the Academy B2C Diagnostic Simulator Project Manager, you will be diagnostic simulator product owner. You will be supported by the B2C Lead and in his/her absence, you will then be supported directly by the Head of Academy. This will imply mainly, but not only: generating content for the imaging reporting simulator, leading the development of the Microlearning simulator, managing the Kick off, development and launch of the Pathology simulator and supporting the project management tasks related to the B2C category.

**Roles** **and Responsibilities**

**P**roject manage**ment **-** **As the responsible of our Simulator product, you will lead the: initiation, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling of the whole project.

**Coordination **-** **You will oversee the interaction with our technical team to ensure a proper coordination between functionalities deliverables and technical roadmap.

**Stakeholders’** management** **-** Maintaining regular communication with experts in medical imaging and pathology you will properly develop and move forward our clinical simulators.

**Content generation **-** **You will design the content generation workflow for our Microlearning simulator.

**Case management** **-** Using our TMC Academy’s internal system and website, you will manage all medical cases in the simulator and support other B2C tasks (such as online and onsite fellowships).

**Quality compliance **-** You will ensure high quality content and the compliance of medical standards on all processes in place.

**Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills**

**Previous Experience - **At least three years’ experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare industry. Preferably in the imaging and/or pathology field. In addition, you also have worked with online viewers (such as Sectra, Proscia, etc.).
