**Responsibilities**:
- Your job will include turning customer expectations for driving sales and administrative efficiencies into reality by implementing innovative solutions. This will include:
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels, including external customers and senior business and technology management.
- Defines project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners.
- Assigns and monitor work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on-time and within budget.
- Facilitate team building and communication.
- Provide direction and decision making for problem resolution.
**Qualifications**:
- a solid background as a Project Manager - at least 3 years - in technology projects,
- will be customer focused
- will have experience with software delivery frameworks. Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies is a big asset.
- will have an excellent command of the English language. Fluency in other languages such as French or Portuguese is highly advantageous.
