We are looking to meet our new **Team Leader for the Truck Assistance International team**, to help provide "expert" procedural support, instruction, and expert policy advice to the Agents and the Business.

The Team Leader will manage control of the operations team's agenda and is the first point of escalation for complex case management. The Team Leader is expected to demonstrate exemplary behaviour and develop the technical knowledge and expertise in the team, actively seeking opportunities to support, coach and develop people; leading the team by sharing knowledge and promoting best practice.

Join our team as a Team Leader, based at our headquarters in Barcelona, to participate in the exciting journey of holding regular meetings at both horizontal and vertical levels, understanding the dimensions of the service at an operational level, and the risk of managing it, always supported by your line manager.

You know what teamwork is and like autonomy. You are also a self-motivated and energetic Team Leader who works without any supervision or mentorship, but you do not mind asking if needed.

You are a natural leader who loves to empower team members, promote innovation and is able to work collaboratively with others and leverage their skills to the max.

You are highly analytical and strategic with the ability to think outside the box, and deliver and interpret complex management information and statistics.

**What does your day-to-day look like?**

Monitoring of quality and productivity KPIs.
Technical support to the team at processing daily tickets and file management.
Weekly team evaluation trough Q-M
Claims handling through CFM
Provide support to the Front Office team if it would be needed.
Monitoring of daily presence.
Coordination of team’s breaks.
Management of team’s requests for holidays, leaves and punctuality.
Annual evaluation and outline the objectives of the team managed, in cooperation with the responsible of each team.
Permanent contact with other team leaders in order to carry out management’s guidelines.
Carry out other complementary functions defined by Operations Department.
Commercial profile and ability to deal with direct customer interaction.
Support to the Front Office team if is necessary.
Participation in projects if required.

**_ Ideal Shift: Morning to Friday 10:00h - 17:30h + guards._**

**Your Profile** Your skills and experience**:
Native level of Spanish and English (UK Native) + other languages would be an asset
High knowledge of IT skills (Excel, Powerpoint).
Knowledge of MAN contracts is preferred.
Managing other tools: Concerto, AVAYA (CMS, QM, WFM), Syntia, GOP CALC, Diag Tool, others.
Strong skills in logistics and interpersonal relations.
Leadership Skills.
Rigor in the processing of data.
High appreciation of teamwork.
