Academic book publisher is looking for an English-language commissioning/acquisitions editor for its Seville office. A degree in one of the social sciences or the humanities, excellent communication skills, ability to engage with and evaluate content and a good understanding of academic publishing essential. Any of the following would be a strong advantage: native English speaker; previous work experience in the book industry; postgraduate qualification, research experience or academic publications; social media experience; Strong sense of professional responsibility and ability to deliver under pressure required.
