An opportunity for an MES COMPOSITE has arisen within Airbus Operations, Illescas (Toledo)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The main tasks of the jobholder will be:

- Coordinate the different actors involved in production (from suppliers to customers).
- Develop a realistic and achievable daily plan for everyone and ensure the follow-up of the plan (Schedule adherence).
- Provide recommendations to production managers to define short and medium-term planning based on MRP.
- Monitor the production execution plan (control of MRP calculation and its parameters, conversion of planned orders into manufacturing orders, progress and closure of manufacturing orders).
- Develop, update, and monitor KPIs related to production execution, and define action plans as well as corresponding improvements.

**SKILS**:

- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering.
- Evolving in multi-cultural context.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and teamwork skills.
- High level of English
