**El equipo de **Digital Continuity and Manufacturing **se dedica a proporcionar soluciones estratégicas para la digitalización de la ingeniería y procesos industriales. Actualmente, estamos buscando a un/a **Consultant - Process Analytics and Mining - Celonis **que tenga al menos **4 años de experiência **con la herramienta **Process Mining - Celonis **para que se incorpore en nuestro equipo de **Madrid.
**¿Qué funciones realizarás?
- **Realizar minería de procesos (Process Mining) Celonis para analizar y optimizar los flujos de trabajo empresariales.**:

- **Analizar las tareas operativas de la empresa para descubrir, controlar y mejorar los procesos, asegurando que se reflejen de manera precisa y no según suposiciones.**:

- **Comprender exhaustivamente cómo se ejecutan los procesos, identificar ineficiencias que afectan el rendimiento y aplicar soluciones automatizadas e inteligentes para eliminar brechas.**:

- **Participar en pruebas de concepto (PoC) en diversos sectores para demostrar el valor de nuestras soluciones.**:

- **Utilizar ETL (SQL) y PQL (Studio) para realizar análisis detallados y obtener insights significativos.**:

- **Desarrollar dashboards, cuadros de mando y casos de uso para visualizar datos y resultados de manera efectiva.
**¿Qué buscamos?**
- **Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Industrial o similares.**:

- **4 años de experiência laboral **como Data Engineer, Data Scientist o Data Analyst utilizando la **herramienta process mining Celonis.**:

- **Experiência laboral a nível avanzado de **SQL.**:

- **Programación a nível intermedio en **Python, **preferiblemente en el **STACK Científico.**:

- **Proactividad y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera autónoma.**:

- **Experiência previa o un fuerte interés en consultoría.**:

- **Inglés **nível mínimo B2, deseable **C1.
