**Requirements**:

- +3 years working as a recruiter in the video game industry or in the software sector
- Experience leading the recruitment department
- Good level of English, written and spoken
- Excellent communications skills
- Experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes
- Good use of the LinkedIn recruiter tool

**Your Quest**:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from posting the position until offer acceptance.
- Interviews of profiles and competency assessment to ensure cultural fit
- Propose strategies and action plans to improve the recruitment and selection of talent.
