Sr. Manager Strategic Workforce Planning

**Overview**:
The Sr. Manager for Strategic Workforce Planning is a member of the GlobalView Business Excellence Leadership Team and reports directly to the Sr. Director of Business Excellence in GlobalView.
In partnership with the GlobalView Senior Leadership team and the Regional Business Transformation teams, HR & Finance, the Sr. Manager for Strategic Workforce Planning role exists to build and maintain a Capacity Planning and Management function for GlobalView Service, Implementation and Third Parties.
The Sr. Manager for Strategic Workforce Planning Resource Management will lead the organization to data driven decisions in support of the optimization of the offshoring strategy, general BPI initiatives and service & pricing strategy.
This role will have high visibility with our Senior Leadership teams, HR and Finance and requires mature leadership and strong change management, operational expertise and an excellent financial acumen.
**Key Responsibilities**:
They are responsible for a full assessment and mapping of all roles needed to implement and service our GlobalView clients, considering the differences in local payroll practices. Furthermore, they will be responsible to develop a global methodology to ensure alignment of the roles interpretations and translate those into requirements to build and deploy a tool, which will be used for our Financial Planning and Forecasting.
The goal of the role is create & define the mapping, methodology and tool to get it operationalized and integrated into our regular operational planning cycles and to enable our regional leadership team to ensure that all resource demand for current and future projects/initiatives/clients are tracked, fulfilled, and mapped against new clients / losses / BPI Initiatives.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate the financial forecasting process and ensure accuracy of reporting
- Built a capacity planning and management function for Service, Implementation & Third parties
- Mapping of all roles in our Service and Implementation functions jointly with our Regional Operational Leadership teams
- Defining a methodology of Resource Management to be implemented based on the mapping
- Defining KPI's needed to feed into the methodology jointly with our Finance and Operational leadership team.
- Defining the functional requirements and technical requirements needed to build a tool which will help operationalizing
- In liaison with Operational Leadership, ensure forecast effort by project is updated regularly and timely
- Maintain team utilization ratios report
- Support the monthly financial closures
- Ensuring the GlobalView leadership team, associates and key stakeholders are kept informed of progress and provide transparency with relevant reports that help in tracking and managing
- Ensuring the business is ready and prepared for change through partnership and collaboration
- Lead any other assigned projects or initiatives as agreed with the Business Excellence Leadership

**Education**:
- Educated to degree level or above
- Must be fluent in English, additional language preferred.
**Work Experience**:
- 5+ years experience in Finance, Operational Leadership; Financial Planning cycles with large multi-national companies
- Experience in Business Process Improvement and Change Management
- Experience working across matrix organizations
- Organizational & project management experience
- Workforce planning / capacity planning experience
