**CrowdFarming **is a Farmer-to-Consumer agri-tech platform that offers a sustainable and transparent alternative to fight food waste by establishing a direct link between agricultural producers and consumers. Founded in 2017, we are changing consumer behavior a little more every day and growing fast. Therefore, we need support in our customer service team in Madrid.

Here are **some of the tasks **that you will have to carry out if you join us:

- **Translating **new projects for our website, **social media **content, communications for our CrowdFarmers
- **Proofreading **and **localisation **of our web content
- Help our** Swedish market** to grow (your opinion counts)
- Advising and **assisting **our customers
- Provide guidance to our producers through consumer feedback.

**Your profile**:

- **Swedish **is your mother tongue and you also speak **English **fluently.
Spanish, French and German are a plus.
- You are located in **Madrid**:

- You have at least **1 year **of experience in** customer service **(we particularly value experience in sales, logistics, agriculture and e-commerce)
- You can work independently but are above all an excellent **team player.**:

- You are **flexible **and like change.
- You keep a cool head even in stressful or unexpected situations.
- You are enthusiastic and curious and want to discover the daily surprises that agriculture has in store for you.
