Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting a ** FTTX Fiber Planning Engineer ** to join their pro ject in ** Europe.**

- Responsible for CO (Central office) decommissioning technical solutions, managing all technical issues and implementing with partners, the solution shall be implementable and cost effective.- Responsible for reviewing and developing all the design guidelines, quality standard, roll-out process, acceptance criteria and standard operation procedure etc.- Lead the team and partner resource to provide ODN design between CO and Building (BEP), CO to CO reroute as per agreed timeline.- Technical management operation, includes regular meeting and reporting to support project roll-out KPI and SLA.- Technical training to improve technical capabilities for internal team and partner resources.- Manage customer expectation and customer relationship on technical level; Communicates with middle and high-level customers, Be responsible for the customer satisfaction of solution planning and communication.- Pre-sales support and Quote assistance.

**Qualifications**:
- Mastering of Telefonica CO decommission work, E2E process, fiber route design, legacy PSTN/DSLAM/SDH service assessment and migration, Telefonica System operation (iCENTRAL, ATLAS, DITRA, PLANEX, GEISER,etc).- Master on high level and low level design of ODN network for FTTH Home pass and home connect scenarios, including closure, splitter ratio and fiber route planning etc. principle.- Master of ALU, Nokia PSTN/DSLAM/SDH technologies, NMS operation, design, migration, etc.-
- Master of design tool for fiber, includes but not limited: PLANEX, ATLAS, AutoCAD, QGIS, Google Earth, Cablescout etc.- At least 2 years of Local FTTH project design and CO decommission roll-out experience in European countries.- Fluent English and Spanish Language. Good communication and presenting skills.- Teamwork and high sense of responsibility;- Willing to take short time overseas business travel, willing to work hard to promote personal capabilities.
