**Summary**:

- Create an intake and prioritization process for Data Analytics requests, provide recommendations on prioritization based on business value and risk
- Transform raw data into relevant insights via interactive and simple-to-understand dashboards and reports
- Perform a wide range of tasks such as reporting, building dashboards, building data models, analyzing datasets, and administration of Power BI tools
- Work with key stakeholders to address high-priority questions and deliverables:

- Ask questions and quickly understand complex problems.
- Identify key components that should drive decision making. Define the problem to be solved.
- Determine potential analytical tools and solutions. Explain tradeoffs to stakeholders.
- Select methods, including homegrown and 3rd party software - build tools and analyses
- Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights
- Work with the business to identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently
- Drive data solution design assessment for data governance and analytics requests
- Act as a change agent to drive adoption of data analytics solutions
- Create & maintain training content (Power BI, Power Query, Subscriptions) to enable a super-user network for data & analytics and to promote self-service analytics
- Develop and deploy advanced analytics models to monitor and manage KPIs and business insights for the business processes
- Lead modernization of the data analytical landscape, drive automation, process improvements and better roll out of BI tools across the organization
- Communicate complex analytical results to stakeholders with recommendations so they comprehend findings, and can drive measurable operational improvements
- Provide thought leadership to enable the analytical processes within Hyperion MT, including but not limited to defining the controls necessary to drive data integrity which is a key success factor for business metrics & insights
- Lead and support data-based modeling/projects to support better understanding and better decision making within the business functions. Develop descriptive, predictive and prescriptive tools for Hyperion MT business strategies.
- Data modeling experience
- Hands on experience with physical and relational data modeling
- Organizing data correctly and optimizing into an information system to help achieve critical objectives
- Knowledge of platform technologies
- Experience with data warehouses & big data platforms
- Knowledge of data modeling principles, including conceptual and logical data models
- Ability to utilize BI tools to represent insights
- Lead and support the development of tools to automate, enhance or improve manual or sub-optimal processes. To include standardized data sources, implementing visualization and dashboards.
- Collaborates with IT and other resources effectively
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Actively support synergies and data integration for M&As, including but not limited to driving adoption of Hyperion MT’s standard KPIs & reporting catalogues
- BS or MS in computer science or information system along with work experience in a related field
- 10+ years of experience successfully delivering significant data & analytics projects within dynamic & complex environments, including driving adoption of solutions.
- 10+ years of experience in Power BI and other Microsoft technical stack tools & solutions (Power BI, Azure, Fabric)
- 10+ years of experience in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing large-scale data & analytics solutions
- Experience implementing data governance, especially data quality management to deliver “trusted” data foundation
- Cloud native data architecture and analytics
- Hands-on experience of working as a data architect/solutions architect
- Experience influencing decisions across cross-functional stakeholders
- Change management experience driving change in data analytics implementation and adoption of tools/solutions
- Leadership and/or oversight of architects designing individual components of a solution
- Proven success in requirements elicitation & comprehension to deliver the right data & analytics solutions
- Experience in building and delivering KPIs and business insights to support Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement and Finance business areas
- Strong hands-on experience on cloud-based Azure and AWS Data platform Solutions
- Strong understanding and experience on Data warehouse, ETL and BI Concepts
- Strong understanding and experience with Big Data frameworks and tools: Hadoop, Spark, Python, etc.
- 10+ years’ experience working with the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack (Power BI, Power Query, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS and SQL)
- 8+ years' experience with DAX, Tabular Editor or similar tools
- Understanding of JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and other JavaScript libraries
- 5+ years’ experience working with Microsoft cloud data services
