**How you will create an impact**:

- You will contribute your industry-specific and technological know-how to internal IT projects and advise on the digitalization of business processes
- You will be responsible for planning and implementing IT projects, including requirements analysis and concept development
- You will be responsible for the further development of the IT systems assigned to the project, including their interfaces to other systems.
- You will manage internal and external project resources, be responsible for the project status and create reports for management
- You pursue pragmatic problem solving in compliance with regulations and internal framework conditions
- You are a contact person for your colleagues and participate in the exchange of technical knowledge within the team and in cooperation with other teams

**About you**:

- Training or degree in IT (e.g., IT specialist) or a comparable qualification
- Around five years of experience in planning, managing, and implementing classic and agile IT projects, including the integration and management of external service providers.
- Proficient in English and comfortable in an interface position; strong communication skills and confident presenting issues to a broad audience
- Highly knowledgeable about technical topics, ideally Microsoft platforms and web platforms.
- Very good understanding of complex process flows in a global environment, as well as their implementation in practice.
- Independent and structured way of working, strong analytical thinking, combined with flexibility and organizational skills.
- Passionate, well-organized, and enthusiastic about working across teams and willingness to travel occasionally.
