Rotorbike is a leading company in its sector dedicated to desing, manufacture, assembly and distribution of high-end bicycle components.

As a **Sales Representative for Premium bike components** you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products within **Italy and the Italian Islands**. We are seeking someone that will deliver on sales and profit targets, as well as provide a high level of service and selling interactions to bike shops, both Online Dealers and Independent Bike Dealers (IBD).

**OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE**

We are looking for a** Field Sales Agent **to help us keep improving our lead position in the cycling industry and take us to the next level. With a high autonomy and ownership, you will concentrate in bike independent dealers and have the chance to capture these sellers and become a strategic partner of them. You would work ideally based in the North of Italy and report directly to our Global Sales Director in Spain.

**KEY TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES**
- Develop key areas of potential to increase ROTOR’s market penetration by prospecting IBDs.
- Attracting new customers in the cycling sector (as Professional Cycling Teams and Bike Fitters).
- Maintain strategic long-term relationships with the portfolio to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
- Measure, track and analyse customer performance metrics.
- Collaboration with various teams involved in business matters such as Customer Service, Product, Finance, etc.
- Active participation in the definition of the process and sales structure together with the rest of the team
- Educate commercial and technical network professionals.
- Create, implement and review territory business plans that are aligned to an international strategy plus the ability to identify and act upon local opportunities.
- Ability to negotiate consistent and transparent pricing to secure long term profitable and sustainable sales/market presence.
- Forecasting - identifying opportunities and pipeline into the forecast in order to inform manufacturing and supply forecast.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree level qualification or relevant cycling background.
- Successful experience as account manager in cycling industry (min 5 years).
- Knowledge of tenders/deal B2B structuring.
- A flair for working with people.
- Communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
- Passion for cycling trends and environment.
- Italian native and resident, intermediate level of English fluency.
- Resourceful IT user and tech savvy.
- Availability to travel around Italy.
