**YOUR MISSION**

Glovo is looking for a passionate, proactive, data-driven and hands-on professional to support our Operations & Strategy department in our Madrid office. You will be providing both strategic thinking and analytical skills to help building excellence in Operations with focus into the Spanish market.

**THE JOURNEY**
- Understand the operations model in Glovo to provide advice to the different teams
- Contribute to the business discussion by suggesting different and novel analysis approaches
- Translate business queries into quantified & insightful reporting and KPIs to assess performance and determine the effectiveness of the implemented initiatives
- Ensure scalability of the reporting
- Own creation and structure of Operations KPIs, ensure they are properly implemented in the DDBB
- Define and design dashboards to give visibility to the top-management of the Operations performance
- Follow a data-driven decision-making process
- Build robust relationships with stakeholders acting as a strategic and supportive link between operations and business

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE**
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Maths/Physics, Engineering
- 1-3 years of professional experience outside of an academic and internship setting
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with clean & optimized SQL, querying mid to large volumes of data
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Python is a plus
- Good understanding of how to extract insights from Data Warehouses
- Ability to summarize and represent data (e.g descriptive statistics and graphs)
- Ability to create robust, insightful, and story-telling visualizations using modern BI & Analytics tools and ability to identify data Issues
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a high growth and high performance company with a fast pace
- Itchy feet and continuous thrive on learning through different projects
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Understanding of A/B test principles, in order to design, conduct and analyze different experiments
