As a Zoho pre-sales Engineer, you are responsible for providing assistance to our prospects in Europe to ensure their success while evaluating Zoho products. You share your specialised knowledge of Zoho products with the customer in a pre-sales role. Professional English level, along with native fluency in any one of Dutch/German/French is a MUST.

Initially, you will be expected to gain experience in your field, develop your product knowledge, and build your reputation in technical sales
- Assist clients to use Zoho products via presentations, demos and any innovative solutions that you build.
- Work closely with our sales, marketing, partner and product teams.
- Present and articulate product capabilities in customer meetings, seminars and workshops.
- Keep yourself updated on new technology and develop deep expertise in Zohos products.
- Coordinating sales projects with the Sales teams.

**Requirements**:

- A passion to work with technology and an ability to break down requirements to propose solutions.
- Team-player: Able to work in a diverse multi-cultural team in a collaborative way.
- Empathy and strong client facing skills with excellent communication.
- Understanding of programming language and database concepts (preferred).
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Comfortable with giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Flexible and patient, with an "all hands on deck" attitude.
- We will provide for training, but self-initiative is a must.

**Professional level of English along with fluency in Dutch / German/ French language.**

This position is based in Valencia and it will be an in - Office working model. It is important for the applicant to have valid work authorization in Spain and be within commutable distance.
