**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Generalist will be responsible for Recruitment, Training & People (60%), and HR Administration (40%). This role will cover the local HR needs for Spain and US and collaborate closely with hiring managers and employees to follow our strategic objectives and implement new projects. **The project is a three-months temporal position, with the possibility to be extended to a permanent contract.**

**What will you do**:
**Talent Acquisition, Training & People**
- Developing talent acquisition strategies
- Interviewing Technological, Life-sciences, Engineering, and R&D, among many other interesting profiles
- In collaboration with HR Manager ensure all employee inquiries are correctly solved, giving the best internal customer service.
- Collaboration in organizing team-building actions.

**HR administration and reporting**:

- Maintaining the HRIS system up-to-date with employee details, INs, OUTs, and absenteeism and different leaves ensuring the dates are accurate and coherent.
- In collaboration with our external payroll provider: ensure tracking of incidents and payslip control meets our monthly deadlines and preparation of hiring contracts and internship agreements.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager on all HR policy matters
- Be in charge of onboarding/offboarding administrative duties.

**What do you need**:
**Must have.**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related areas.
- 1 years of experience in HR as a Generalist. (including Admin and Recruitment functions)
- Knowledge of Spanish labor law.
- Experience in HRIS System as Personio or Similar
- Advanced knowledge of Office and/or Google Drive.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.

**Bonus points.**
- Experience in tech, biotech, pharma, or medical device companies.
- MBA or Master in Human Resources.
