HR Generalist

**An opportunity for a HR Generalist has arisen within Airbus Operations, Madrid (Getafe).**:
***RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support HR Administrative Processes in close link with HRBPs
- Accompany On Boarding & Off Boarding activities
- Analyse HR Data & create HR metrics & reports to follow up Team & HR Performance
- Accompany the team project leaders in the deployment of theirs activities
- Accompany the TAP in the entire selection and recruiting process: sourcing, screening and interviewing.
- Participate in Employment Marketing actions & events
