Maintain and analyze sales data, manage CRM systems, and support the commercial and Marketing team with reporting and market insights to enhance decision-making and drive growth. As a Sales Intern at Vantage Specialty Chemicals, you will have the opportunity to support the team in exciting initiatives and projects while receiving support from talented industry experts.
POSITION SCOPE
The responsibilities mentioned below involve tasks related to Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Supply Chain, to have a general understanding of the areas of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Execute different sales and product reports, to support effective communication for different areas. Some of the reports include: Order lead tracking, Margin/Sales report, Funnel reports and analysis, Weekly sales report (across all business units) and CRM report.- Ensure data is as accurate as possible in our CRM and Power BI reports to increase data and report efficiency.- Ensure leads are correctly uploaded on designated company platforms, guaranteeing data accuracy across all tools.- Send market information to all business lines using the Meltwater tool, ensuring a comprehensive weekly newsletter.- Assist marketing in uploading and transferring RS and TSD information to company website.
Desired Background- Student or recent graduate from administrative bachelors such as international business, business administration, marketing or chemical engineering.
