The job-holder is responsible for a hybrid role in the Finance Organization. On one hand, the person will be performing as Team Assistant and on the other, will be supporting Function Controller Tasks. _
- As a Team Assistant, the person will be performing administrative & communciation duties to help members of the Finance team to better focus on their assigned projects. Under the direct supervision of Head of Finance & Controlling for Operations, the team assistant is required to schedule appointments, organize internal team meetings, and alert team members of upcoming deadlines, support the management of the communication in the team as well as supporting administrative task in HR management and supply management. _
- Giving support to _Function Controller tasks, you will be a part of the Finance community in operations. You will be of support in the following controller tasks. _

- Approve shopping carts, audit POs below approval thresholds (sampling approach), review commitments & accruals.
- Trigger costs rebooking & costs transfer when needed.
- C _ontributing substantially to managing the cost of the quality function in Spain - Support in gathering and providing data to enable educated decision making on management level and giving visibility about performance vs. targets. _
- You will help the highlight and analyze discrepancies and propose actions to optimize financial and operational performance. To do so, you will collaborate and challenge your business partners from all directorates. _
- _Identify actionable drivers for optimization and competitiveness initiatives, monitor materialization of savings.

**_Qualification/Experience: _**
- _Degree in Finance, Business Management or equivalent _
- _A least 2 - 3 years of experience in activities which have allowed you to acquire sound skills and knowledge of Financ _
- _Excellent interpersonal skills _
- _Proactive, flexible and eager to learn _
- _Team Player _
- _Good communication skills _
- _Skilled with IT tools: MS office Suite and SAP FI _
- _Fluent in English _
