**Descripción**:
Formando parte del equipo de Security (IT), el/la CyberSecurity (Compliance) Engineer será responsable de implementar las directrices, protocolos y pólizas de ciberseguridad establecidos por la matriz de JD Group en la filial de Iberia, siempre en el marco de protección de ciberseguridad global. Su misión principal será garantizar que las políticas globales de seguridad se adapten y apliquen efectivamente, asegurando la protección de los sistemas e información de la empresa.

**En tu día a día**:

- Adaptar e implementar las directrices y protocolos de ciberseguridad de JD Group en Iberia.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ciberseguridad de la central del grupo para asegurar la coherencia y cumplimiento de las políticas globales a nível local.
- Implementar los controles y acciones derivadas del Plan Director de Seguridad de JD Group.
- Realizar auditorías de seguridad de vulnerabilidades y aplicar medidas correctivas.
- Establecer los procesos para los controles de seguridad en los diferentes ámbitos de los procesos IT, desde Risk Management a Cloud Security/Application Security.
- Crear, adaptar y mantener las nuevas políticas de seguridad, así como adoptar aquellas políticas globales de JD Group.
- Gestionar incidentes de seguridad, coordinando las acciones con el marco de ciberseguridad de JD Group para asegurar una respuesta rápida y efectiva.
- Capacitar al personal local en ciberseguridad, promoviendo el cumplimiento de las políticas establecidas por JD.
- Mantenerse actualizado en las tendencias y amenazas de ciberseguridad, aplicando mejoras continuas a la estrategia local de seguridad.
- Colaborar con los equipos técnicos: Arquitectura, Desarrollo, DevOps, Soporte, para que las prácticas de seguridad sean aplicadas, creando una nueva cultura.

**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Estudios mínimos de FP medio o superior de informática o de grado universitario, ingeniería, o similar.
- Profundo conocimiento en la implementación y gestión de soluciones de ciberseguridad, en línea con normativas corporativas: ISO 270001, CIS y NIST
- Familiaridad con la adaptación de políticas globales de seguridad a contextos locales.
- Experiência con herramientas de monitorización de seguridad, análisis de vulnerabilidades y gestión de incidentes.
- Conocimientos en criptografía, protección de datos y seguridad en redes y aplicaciones.
- Capacidad para gestionar riesgos y aplicar políticas de seguridad definidas por la central del grupo.
- Nível de inglés B2/C1 para la comunicación efectiva con la central y equipos internacionales.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en roles de ciberseguridad, preferentemente en un entorno corporativo multinacional.
- Disponibilidad para viajar a la central en UK, o a otras oficinas del grupo, si fuera necesario.

**Valorable**:

- Certificaciones en ciberseguridad como CISSP, CISM, CEH, o similares.
- Experiência previa en la adaptación y aplicación de políticas de ciberseguridad de una matriz en filiales.
- Conocimiento en la gestión de seguridad en entornos cloud.
- Habilidades de comunicación y colaboración intercultural, con capacidad para trabajar en equipos globales.
