**V.I.E RISK Shoring Officer - Madrid, H/F**

En tant que V.I.E. vous êtes rattaché à l’équipe RISK Shoring Office qui fait partie de RISK Consulting & Transformation et est en charge de piloter le développement de RISK dans ses pôles internationaux, en ligne avec les ambitions de BNP Paribas et de RISK.

RISK Shoring Office a pour mission de fournir des conseils sur les processus de bout en bout des activités d'externalisation intragroupe, conformément à la réglementation et aux procédures du Groupe, ce qui implique une grande visibilité et un contact direct avec les clients internes dans un environnement international et dynamique.

**Principales tâches et responsabilités**:
L’objectif de cette mission de V.I.E. est d’apporter un support et un conseil aux équipes de la fonction RISK sur les étapes, la documentation et les validations requises pour des processus d'externalisation intragroupe optimisés et efficaces.

Vous avez pour principales missions:
Fournir un soutien aux équipes RISK pour la production de documentation obligatoire.

Coordonner le processus de collecte d'informations et de validations avec les Fonctions de Contrôle Groupe et les acteurs clés impliqués dans le monde entier.

Reporter régulièrement aux clients internes de l'état d'avancement des initiatives.

Contribuer à animer les Comités de Gouvernance RISK et assurer les approbations appropriées, en préparant des initiatives pour les Comités de Validation et de Go-live.

Contribuer à la vision reporting et consolidation de la trajectoire d'externalisation intragroupe

Contribuer au développement de la gestion des connaissances et au partage des meilleures pratiques.

Soutenir le responsable du bureau de traitement des RISK sur le pilotage d’une stratégie de développement saine pour les équipes RISK.

**A vous de nous convaincre **

Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master en gestion, finance, économie ou d’une école d’ingénieur avec une spécialisation en Finance, et vous justifiez d’une expérience d’1 an minimum (stage et alternance inclus) sur un poste similaire.

Vous parlez couramment anglais et vous maîtrisez parfaitement le Pack Office (Excel).

Autonome et orienté résultats, vous avez d’excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite. Votre adaptabilité et votre rigueur seront des atouts essentiels. Ajoutez à cela votre esprit d’équipe, votre capacité d’analyse et d’organisation pour finir de nous convaincre.
