**MISSION AND SCOPE OF OPERATION**:
- Ensure Product and Process Quality in the M&L FAL tasks at the stations under their responsibility.
- Management and maintenance of the Quality Delegation in production personnel (ECM-QA and/or Profiles and Certificates).
- Coordinate, integrate, and supervise the work of part of the Quality inspectors' team in FAL to ensure that the Processes and Products within their area of work meet the Quality requirements set for the Program. Also, ensure continuous training of the team to maintain Quality standards.
- Control and supervise the work of the stations whose service is outsourced.
- Operational supervision and confirmation of the conformity of the Production team's work and processes at the stations under their responsibility to ensure that the Processes and Products within their area of responsibility meet the established Quality requirements.
- Participate in defining and coordinating Quality Policies and Procedures to be followed in FAL with respect to other Program areas (Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Review Engineering, Systems Engineering, Testing, and Production).
- Manage the definition and assurance of the implementation of inspection points for all stations under their FAL responsibility.
**RESPONSIBILITIES / MAIN ACTIVITIES**:
- Preparation and management of Memorandums for aircraft transfers from POA (Production) to DOA (Design), and participation in transfer meetings on behalf of the Quality function.
- Represent Quality of FAL in Program, Production, Subcontracting, and Subcontractor reviews.
- Interface with Civil or Military Authorities when required, coordinating all Quality matters related to the stations under their responsibility.
- Accept deliverables from suppliers as Quality of the area, ensuring they meet the required Quality levels.
- Manage the inspection of reception and control of pending work from Subcontractors/Suppliers.
- Opening, recording, managing, tracking, and disposition of RP2 according to MP22501 for Non-Conformities found in the sections as well as Discrepancy Reports for externally originated Non-Conformities.
- Ensure the implementation of inspection points at the stations or platforms under their FAL responsibility.
- Coordinate data collection and leadership in Operational Gates, both internal (between stations) and from FAL to LV.
- Supervision and control of indicators and establishment and development of improvement opportunities.
- Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects in the Quality area.
- Participate in and lead digital projects in the Quality area.
- Execution, coordination, and monitoring of operational supervisions.
- Participation in established daily monitoring meetings.
- Confirm the conformity of work performed at the stations under their responsibility.
- Coordination, management, and monitoring of final inspections, area closures, etc., as established in the station's BP (including SW).
- Execution, coordination, and monitoring of IPAs established at the stations under their responsibility, including actions derived from them.
- Execution, coordination, and monitoring of activities aimed at eliminating FOD in the stations under their responsibility.
- ASRM and scrap management.
**OBSERVATIONS**:
- A highly valuable position, especially requiring extensive knowledge of aircraft structure, our regulations, processes, and procedures, as well as the acceptance of deliverables arriving at FAL, product handover between stations, and product conformity confirmation.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering.
- Experience in Quality, Manufacturing Engineering or Programmes.
- Evolving in multi-cultural context.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and teamwork skills.
- High level of English
