Trainee Recruiter

**Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruiter fully remote. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of recruitment while working remotely. As a Trainee Recruiter, you will assist our recruitment team in sourcing and identifying top talent for various positions across multiple industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, job market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sourcing strategies and identify new talent pools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with account managers to understand clients requirements and preferences, and tailor sourcing efforts accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or currently pursuing).
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, sales or related field is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates or individuals looking to start a career in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using online sourcing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment, as well as independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, technologies, and industry trends.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ideally based in Santiago de Compostela, Galicia or Jaén so the team can meet at least once a month
- Duration: This is a freelance position with the potential for long-term engagement based on performance and business needs.
