**Description**:
HaslerRail AG continues the Swiss tradition of over 100 years in the field of railway technology. We are a leader in the development and manufacturing of electrical engineering equipment for public transport. **In this position, you will**:

- Manage a portfolio of projects from handover to warranty stage
- Oversee high priority/complex projects requiring significant resources and functional integration
- Lead and manage project teams, coordination of partners and working groups
- Support customers throughout project stages and identify opportunities for improving project margins and customer satisfaction
- Develop project timelines, action plans, and budgets, and meet with contractors and customers to ensure project completion according to schedule
- Plan and control project deliverables and manage project scope and change control

**In order to be successful in this role, you ideally bring**:

- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Organization. A CAMP or PMP certification is considered a valuable asset
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in project management life cycle and techniques
- Knowledge of general terms and conditions in railway contracts
- Experience with project schedule tools and working in maintenance environments
- Strong system analysis skills and experience managing multi-functional teams
- Ability to identify and address risks, issues, and problems under pressure
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong communication and people management skills in a multicultural/multilingual environment
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with German as an asset
- Ability for short-term travel (2 - 10 days) as needed
