**Your Mission**:

- **Strategic Sourcing Leadership**: Devise and implement innovative strategies for engaging and securing promising mobile app acquisitions, in line with BlueThrone's vision.
- **Pipeline Development and Management**:Actively manage and expand our deal pipeline to ensure a continuous supply of viable acquisition targets.
- **Market Insight and Analysis**:Conduct comprehensive market research to spot trends and opportunities, understanding the competitive landscape in the mobile app sector.
- ** Digital Presence** and Engagement: Lead BlueThrone's social media and online PR strategies to engage indie developers and attract passive prospects.
- **Analytics Collaboratio**n: Work closely with the marketing analytics team to drive sourcing efforts using data-driven insights.
- **Developer Journey**: Develop content and outreach strategies to connect with indie developers, enhancing their journey and positioning BlueThrone as a preferred growth partner.
