Buscamos la figura de **NPD especialista en galletas o cereales**.

La misión del puesto constará en respaldar el crecimiento y la sostenibilidad del negocio a través del diseño y desarrollo de productos. Asegurará la implantación de la producción de la forma óptima, maximizando la satisfacción de las necesidades del consumidor y del cliente, materializándolo de la forma más eficiente para la Compañía. Mejorará los programas de calidad, seguridad alimentaria y costes.

**FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES**:

- Mantenimiento de contactos externos o internos que garanticen el mayor_ expertise_ a nível mundial.
- Definir la receta y condiciones de proceso que garantice la vida del producto.
- Preparación de prototipos a nível de planta piloto de manera eficiente, identificando puntos críticos en el momento del escalado industrial.
- Coordinación de los análisis sensoriales y de laboratorio necesarios para garantizar la correcta vida útil del producto desarrollado.
- Registro del conocimiento adquirido durante la realización de las pruebas de laboratorio e industriales.
- Gestión del proyecto asegurando la ejecución,_ timings,_ resultados y costes establecidos.
- Coordinación o participación de las reuniones iniciales y periódicas con los departamentos involucrados en los proyectos.
- Participación en las reuniones con los _stakeholders_ necesarios para interpretar y trasladar adecuadamente viabilidades y especificaciones. Proporcionando nuevas recetas y mejoras tecnológicas.
- Compartir información y formar al resto de los equipos ayudando al desarrollo de _know-how_ de la empresa y compartiendo sinergias entre áreas.
- Apoyo al equipo de _Packaging_ en la validación del mismo junto con otras áreas

**FORMACIÓN Y COMPETENCIAS REQUERIDAS**:
Ingeniería Agrónoma, Licenciado en Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos, Licenciado en Química o Licenciado en Biología.

Inglés: Nível avanzado (B2).

La experiência de al menos 4 años como NPD de I+D.

Disponibilidad para viajar.

Reporte habitual de informes a Dirección para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
