Reporting Assistant

**Your mission**:
In this role you will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, in compliance with PepsiCo Financial Policies, local statutory regulations, and US GAAP. Drive analysis, reporting, and reconciliation processes, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on sales calculations, balance sheet reviews, and key financial controls.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your day to day with us**:

- Ensure accounting, analysis, and reporting per US GAAP, local GAAP, Swissco, and PGCS models.
- Prepare PepsiCo Corporate reporting in HFM and meet Region/Sector reporting requirements.
- Maintain regular contact with the Sector Reporting team to provide monthly updates and align on new reporting requirements.
- Calculate monthly net sales in coordination with sales finance and accounts receivable teams.
- Analyze P&L variances against YAGO (year ago) or forecast, explaining main drivers for differences.
- Drive Balance Sheet reviews, reconciliations, and risk/opportunity assessments.
- Support auditors by providing transaction documentation and preparing local statutory accounts.
- Ensure compliance with PepsiCo policies, financial reporting guidelines, and Spain/Vitoria legal requirements

Qualifications:
**What will you need to succeed?**
- 1-2 years in Control / Audit / Financial department
- Qualified with Business Administration, Economics or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and digital tools with proven solid level in Excel.
- Good knowledge of SAP and HFM, US GAAP and local accounting
- Highly analytical with a focus on data accuracy and precision. Adept at solving complex problems and making timely decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
