**Scope**:

- Carry out the cleaning/laundry and tidying service of the public and service areas of the unit.

**Responsabilities and areas of action**:

- Carry out the general daily cleaning/laundry and tidying service in the public and service areas of the unit assigned to it in its turn. Participate in the cleaning and housekeeping service of rooms or any other areas of the unit whenever necessary. Check the condition of furniture, carpets, rugs, curtains. Request the necessary cleaning material Respond to requests from customers and other sections of the unit for cleaning service. Meet customer requests for reception and delivery of clothing.
