**Job Purpose**

Implement, analyze the effective and propose improvements of compensation & benefits processes and measures in Vueling, following the Company C&B Policies, to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Implement, analyze the effectiveness, and propose improvements, of:
salary, bonus, and flexible compensation & benefits.
- Conduct job evaluations to establish individual conditions for each role (salary band, job category, expertise level, or other relevant role-specific conditions)
- Draft organizational charts and define various entities (areas, departments, and cost centers).
- Develop and update job descriptions for each position.
- Prepare and deploy all the communication materials related to
compensation & benefits (handbook, procedures, and presentations)

- HRBP’s
- Internal customers (all employees)
- IT department
- External providers

**Education**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economy, or a related field.
- **Master’s degree** in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related field (preferred).

**Experience**
- **5+ years** of experience in compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and payroll management, ideally within the Human Resources department
- Strong background in **developing job descriptions** and conducting **job evaluations** to establish role-specific conditions
- Solid background in **payroll administration** and familiarity with relevant **labor laws and regulations** affecting compensation and payroll.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various departments to understand and define role requirements.

**Competencies**
- Analytical skills to analyze and interpret large sets of compensation data
- Communication skills to work cross-functionally
- Strong proficiency in **SuccessFactors** is highly preferred
